1. 10-12 years of experience in SAP Data Migration/ETL, SAP ABAP development, LSMW, BAPI, IDOC and 2 years in S/4 Hana Data Migration Cockpit.
2. Must lead cross-functional teams to understand to be landscape/processes, develop requirements, Execute the Workshop, Data mapping, and document conversion rules between source systems and S/4 HANA Experience in planning an migration project and leading a team to success;
3. Project management experience Strong solutioning skills required to design and implement an SAP technical solution and a data solution while mitigating risk.
4. Programming and software development experience required to coordinate the activities of coding personnel.
5. Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management is preferred and experience in define development approach and SDLC process, Development Strategy, Master Data Governance and Management strategy, Data Migration Strategy, Data validation and reconciliation strategy, Strategy for Retirement of legacy systems and Plan & Manage Development & Data Migration work. Ensure that defined procedures are adhered to, approve development deliverables & specifications as necessary, decide how the work is distributed and help resolve any issues that occur.
6. Ability to manage time in accomplishing complex tasks while coordinating and mentoring data migration technicians is a plus .
7. Candidates should be flexible / willing to work across this delivery landscape which includes and not limited to Agile Applications Development, Support and Deployment.
8. Represent project teams in project/program meetings or in meetings with sponsor.
9. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree .
Applications Consultants have expertise in a specific technology environment. They are responsible for software-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management of client-specific package based solutions (e.g. SAP, ORACLE). These roles also require functional and methodological capabilities in testing and training.
Required Skills and Experience:
You are an expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design. Alternatively, you are responsible for operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications. You may also be responsible for integration testing and user acceptance testing. You act as a stream lead, guiding team members by experience. You are seen as active member within technology communities.
• Qualification: 7-10 years (3 years min relevant experience in the role) experience, Bachelor’s Degree.
• Certification: SE level 1 and seeking level 2.
• Must have experience in Package Configuration.
• Should be proficient in Business Analysis, Business Knowledge, Testing, Architecture Knowledge, Technical Solution Design and Vendor Management.
