Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Board-Certified Neurologist to provide comprehensive neurological care to patients in Southern Utah. The ideal candidate will have expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions, a commitment to patient-centered care, and a desire to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with neurological disorders, including but not limited to epilepsy, stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and headaches.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as EEG, EMG, and nerve conduction studies.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient care.
- Stay current with advancements in neurology through continuing education and professional development.
- Contribute to community outreach and education initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Neurology (required).
- Valid medical license to practice in the state of Utah (or eligibility to obtain).
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in neurological diagnostic procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not required.
