Job Responsibilities:
• Utilize handheld and power tools such as an air gun.
• Perform visual work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
• Identify product defects and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified. Use of a tape measure
• Rework and/or repair assembled equipment and products to comply with requirements.
• Perform all work by quality standards and established safety procedures. Perform self-contained refrigeration testing and hot case functional testing.
• Cut, deburr, and form copper tubing to engineering drawings and piping schematics.
• Fill Coils with Hydrostar and perform Sniffer Leak Check and pressure decay tests.
• Perform all necessary routines for electronic components and wiring.
• Cut, strip, crimp, and attach wires.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics.
• Install and terminate all electrical components and connections.
• Perform functional testing of fans, lights, heaters, evap pans, etc.
• Other duties as assigned.
HS diploma or GED required.
Must join Local 250 union.
Compensation: $22.51
