A Day in the Life:
-Maintain product library and file organizational structure
-Assist with ensuring tasks are on schedule related to the development of the product.
-Assist with follow ups, and tracking for design initiatives related to modular wall systems.
-Perform and/or organize activities to support the daily operations of modular wall systems.
-Become familiar with the processes involved with Flynn's modular wall systems from supply of raw materials, manufacturing the product, shipping the product to site, and the installation process.
-Assist with sales and marketing strategies for Flynn's modular wall systems.
-Keep up to date with codes in different regions managing and selling the products and how those codes either limit or benefit the promotion of the system.
-Work with manufacturing team, estimating team, design team, and business development teams during preconstruction to determine viability of executing projects based on current production and design capacity.
-Read, interpret, and understand drawings, specifications, schedule, with the goal of reducing conflicts and maintaining conformity.
-Familiarize the different components that are utilized in Flynn's modular wall systems.
-Work with suppliers of those components to develop a technical data base that can be referenced when designing for projects.
-Attend industry events and conduct supplier outreach to learn about alternative products out in the market that can help grow our supplier base for our modular wall systems.
What You Bring:
-A bachelor's degree in construction or engineering (preferred)
-2 to 3 years of relevant experience in construction or product management
-Proficiency in Jira considered an asset.
-Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving abilities
