A WRITTEN CLERICAL SKILLS TEST will be administered to selected applicants. Applicants who have previously passed this test are not required to take it again. Please attach ALL of the following documents to application.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination of training and experience which would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required knowledge and abilities would be: Four (4) years of previous experience in administrative and office support work. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Some positions may require the following: Ability to obtain a First Aid Certificate. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS (Must be attached to application): - Cover Letter - Resume - Two (2) Letters of Recommendation - Typing Certificate: - Dated within the last five (5) years - 40 NET Words Per Minute - Online typing tests are NOT accepted - Timed test not less than three (3) minutes See link in side bar for list of typing test locations or call 916-630-3310 for testing locations. Current District Employees working in a classification requiring a typing certificate of 40 WPM or more do not have to submit a certificate.
