Qualifications
 High school diploma or equivalent
 Previous maintenance or custodial experience preferred
 Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair
 Valid boiler license or willingness to obtain one within one year (reimbursed by district)
 Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
 Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Background check and references required
