We are seeking a full-time Drain Service Technician to respond to work orders at a multi-site environment in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area and surrounding areas. Gas/mileage provided.

What would my responsibilities include?

· Work at multiple properties in the Minneapolis/St. Paul suburban areas.

· Responsible for the inspection, clearing and cleaning of plumbing systems.

· Perform minor to non-complex service work on plumbing systems in commercial and residential environments.

· Communicate with residents regarding repairs in a caring, compassionate manner that upholds Hornig Companies’ customer service reputation as well as Fair Housing guidelines.

· Promote safety and be efficient in work practices.

What should I bring to the team?

· Attention to detail

· Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently.

· Valid Driver’s License and meet car insurance requirements.

· Ability to stand, lift and bend for up to 8 hours (with breaks) in hot/cold and wet environments

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Ability to operate applicable phone applications for work orders, time allocation and information look-up.

· Multi-housing experience is a plus!
