Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare apartment units for new residents (make-ready process)
- Interior painting and touch-up work
- Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
- Perform exterior building maintenance tasks
- Handle groundskeeping duties
- Manage routine service tickets (work orders)
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule
Requirements
