Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Occasional Saturdays for new store openings

Position Overview:

We are seeking a High Volume Recruiter to lead and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies across multiple levels and locations. This role combines hands-on recruiting with team leadership, strategic planning, and employer branding. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has experience managing large recruitment pipelines while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage external recruitment partners.
  • Develop sourcing strategies tailored for different roles, including high-volume and executive-level positions.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), including Paylocity, to manage candidate flow and reporting.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience across all touchpoints.
  • Drive diversity hiring initiatives and ensure compliance with all legal requirements (e.g., EEOC reporting).
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future organizational needs.
  • Partner with universities, professional organizations, and other networks for recruiting events and talent acquisition programs.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire to optimize processes.
  • Design and implement internship, early career, and campus recruiting programs.
  • Facilitate hiring manager training on interviewing, selection, and best recruiting practices.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding transition for new hires in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
  • Coordinate background checks, employment eligibility verification, and other pre-employment processes.
  • Create, update, and maintain accurate job descriptions for all roles.
  • Conduct and analyze continuous improvement (CI) surveys to enhance recruiting effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in high-volume and executive-level recruitment.
  • Experience managing a recruitment team and/or external recruiting partners.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms; Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing early career programs, internships, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking recruitment metrics and creating actionable reports.
