Salary: $93,000 - $208,000 annually

What You’ll Do
As a Journeyman Technician, you’ll serve as both a leader in the bay and a partner to service advisors and management:
- Diagnose and resolve the most complex vehicle issues with precision and efficiency
- Act as a technical advisor to service advisors, ensuring accurate estimates and transparent customer communication
- Mentor and train technicians of all levels, raising the overall expertise of the team
- Collaborate with management to improve workflow, shop processes, and efficiency
- Lead by example—upholding the highest standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
- Stay ahead of industry advancements through ongoing manufacturer training and certification

Time Off & Holidays
Paid Time Off (PTO):
o Accrual begins on your first day.

3–10 years: 1.53 hours per 40 hours worked
10+ years: 2.30 hours per 40 hours worked
Paid Holidays: Hourly employees receive six paid holidays per year.
