Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product selection, troubleshooting, and service inquiries to ensure a positive experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the database to track support requests and outcomes.
- Provide feedback to the management team on common customer concerns and suggestions for improvement.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively while maintaining a positive attitude and service-oriented approach.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
