* Resolve customer service issues arising from regular course of business
* Provide operational training to Regional, District, District Support, Senior, and Center Managers regarding banking policies and procedures
* Interpret, implement, and help enforce compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations
* Examine work of District Support Managers (DSM) for quality and quantity
* Recommend and implement initiatives that increase income, reduce expenses, retain customers, improve operational processes, and enhance customer service
* Coach and develop staff in their career advancement
* Work closely with the training department to improve and enhance training
* Review reports on operational objectives, such as teller outages, waivers, check losses and others, to find areas of needed focus
* Ensure the operational and regulatory soundness of Banking Centers
* Conduct structured Banking Center visits using scorecard/ audit format and provide feedback
* Support Sales and Service initiatives
* Interview, hire and coordinate training for new DSM's
* Approve items for customers as needed
* Coordinate the opening of new in-store Banking Centers
* Travel as required to meet business needs; possibly up to 50%
* Other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
* Able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time
* Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location
* Operate a computer and other office machinery
* Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs will be required
