BHN is seeking a passionate Family Partner Program Director to provide leadership, consultation, and support across multiple catchment areas.

What You’ll Do:

As the Family Partner Program Director, you will provide leadership and consultation to Family Partners and Senior Family Partners across BHN programs. You will ensure that caregiver perspectives are embedded into care models and policies, while supporting training, compliance, and high-fidelity Wraparound practices.

  • Lead, train, and consult with Family Partners and Senior Family Partners across the agency
  • Ensure family-driven care is implemented within Wraparound and child-serving programs
  • Develop, monitor, and implement protocols, workflows, and best practices for Family Partners
  • Provide consultation and training to staff and leadership on caregiver perspectives and peer support models
  • Conduct monthly consultation groups for Family Partner leadership
  • Oversee quality assurance, including surveys, outreach, and fidelity evaluations
  • Support program improvement and respond to staff, provider, and family concerns
  • Collaborate with program directors, senior leadership, and external agencies to promote family-driven care

 

Who You Are:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in human services with at least 1 year of experience working with youth; or High School diploma/GED with at least 2 years of experience working with youth
  • At least 5 years of experience in program development and oversight
  • Experience supervising or managing home-based or Wraparound programs preferred
  • Prior experience as a caregiver of a youth with behavioral health needs required
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to train and support staff
  • Knowledge of child-serving systems and family engagement best practices
  • Ability to travel between Central and Western Massachusetts
