Position Type: Full time; Salary – Exempt      

Location: Fishers | Remote (with occasionally travel)   


Job Summary:  

The Executive Assistant supports the President by handling a diverse set of responsibilities with discretion, organization, and professionalism. This full time, remote position plays a key role in managing the President’s calendar and communications, while also supporting company-wide initiatives involving real estate, office environment, and employee-facing amenities. Occasional travel may be required for project oversight and in-person coordination.   


Job Responsibilities  

Executive Support

  •  Manage the President’s calendar, appointments, and communications with professionalism and confidentiality. 
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-ups are completed.  

Real Estate & Project Management

  • Assist with real estate transactions, including research, document tracking, and scheduling. 
  • Support project management efforts related to facility buildouts, office moves, office furniture and new location setup.

Office Aesthetics & Amenities

  •  Oversee procurement and coordination of office furnishings and design elements. 
  • Manage inventory and ordering for office snacks, beverages, and day-to-day comforts for all locations.  

Company Merchandise & Uniforms

  • Maintain the swag store, including ordering, distribution, and seasonal refreshes. 
  •  Coordinate uniforms for employees, including sizing, sourcing, and delivery.   

Requirements

  •  Proven experience in executive support, project coordination, or office management. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills.
  •  Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft calendar management tools, email, and standard office software.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and comfort in overseeing design-related decisions is a plus.
