Today we have an opening for a professional sales and leasing advisor. You will have an exclusive opportunity to join our outstanding product team. We are excited to continue our progress with the addition of one more valued member of our sales team.
Requirements
*Sell and lease both new and pre-owned automobiles including high demand certified pre-owned
Volvos.
*Base hourly compensation based on state minimum requirements plus commissioned based pay elements for both
new and pre-owned sales/leases
*Commissioned compensation on finance reserves and all product type sales in the Sales Business (F&I) office
*Factory provided online training for all model lines including the high demand recharge electric
vehicles
*Experienced management support that works with you for the best outcome for both the company
and the client.
*Simplified pricing/leasing model that minimizes negotiation and maximizes the margin on all sales transactions

We prefer experience in automotive sales and leasing, but we will consider an individual with similar (sales) related
experience. The position requires professional sales and closing skills from product presentation through the final
completion of the contract. We offer an automotive sales career that allows for a minimum number of days off along
with an in store schedule that allows for a better work/life balance.
The position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages including base hourly compensation of $17.25. The position may also pay commission compensation which is based on the value or amount of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) to $20,600.00(monthly). The position may also pay a additional review bonuses, such as CSI bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
