We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Senior Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role works under the direction of the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for assisting with day-to-day tasks, ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting the overall efficiency of the warehouse. The Senior Warehouse Associate also serves as a key point of support for higher-level responsibilities within the warehouse team.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments; ensure items are stored correctly.
• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory counts; assist with cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Follow and enforce safety protocols, reporting hazards or unsafe practices immediately.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and responsibly.
• Support Warehouse Manager with higher-level tasks such as:
•   • Organizing workflow and prioritizing daily tasks.
•   • Training and mentoring junior warehouse staff.
•   • Assisting with audits, reporting, and process improvements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of warehouse or logistics experience (lead or senior role preferred).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory practices, and safety standards.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment; forklift certification a plus.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills; experience with warehouse management systems preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in varying warehouse conditions.
