Additionally, you will complete administrative tasks in the learning management system such as adding new courses, running reports, and marking attendance. You will also collaborate with business stakeholders to intake new training requests and to consult on needed updates to existing training material. You will use a variety of software and applications to develop training content and track work assignments which may include Articulate 360, Camtasia, Snagit, Canva, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, and more.
