This position is responsible for supervising certified medical assistants, non-certified medical assistants, and other staff assigned to the back-office team. You will support the provider team in achieving clinical benchmarks and ensuring the smooth functioning of back-office operations during clinic hours. Our ideal candidate would promote employee retention, provide encouragement and effective teamwork.

Experience
One (1) year as a clinical staff in a primary care setting
Minimum 6-months experience in a lead role demonstrating progressive leadership responsibilities.
Current Clinical Medical Assistant Certification
