HOURS: 21:30 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.
WAGE: $24.23/hour
JOB SUMMARY: Disassemble, clean and assemble all plant food processing equipment by using high and low pressure hot water, corrosive chemicals and other cleaning equipment.
JOB DUTIES:

Disassemble food-processing equipment as necessary.

Clean equipment and overhead areas, using a variety of equipment, including high-pressure hot water hoses, chemicals, foamers, sanitizers scrubbing equipment, etc.

Reassemble equipment and prepare for next day food production.

Frequently bend, lift, climb and twist throughout the work shift.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Dry pick up.

Drain the fryer properly.

Tear down the filter for cleaning.

Gel the fryer, filter, and the conveyor. Then foam the fryer, filter, and the conveyor.

High pressure the room clean, checking for any deficiencies.

Flush the fryer pipe works, and fill the fryer for the following days production. Then set the fryer temperature.

Boil the fryer once a week.
WORKING CONDITIONS: High noise, temperature extremes, and slippery floors, working at heights, corrosive chemicals, heavy/slippery equipment, sharp objects and wet environment. Must wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Very mobile individual, able to stand, walk, climb bend, kneel for up to 8 hours per day. Must meet Sanitation Back & Task requirements. Self-motivated, reliable, able to work at heights. Must complete power jack/scissors lift/ high lift, hazard communication and lock out/ tag out training courses.
Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required.
