Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading hands-on design and development of custom solutions onthe Salesforce platform
Responsible for Salesforce roadmap, strategy and architecture
Work with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and develop project plans for Salesforce implementations and enhancements
Maintain data integrity, import sales department leads, contacts, and other data, and perform database maintenance tasks
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring they can effectively utilize the Salesforce platform
Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce processes, changes, and best practices
Build custom reports and dashboards to provide insights and support business decision-making
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging trends
Requirements
5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a large corporate organization
Thorough knowledge of Salesforce and well versed in configuration and customization
Current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator) preferred
Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills
Able to thrive in a high growth environment
Proactive mindset and bias toward action
Highly analytical and a critical thinker with the ability to solve complex problems
