Position: Physical Therapy Assistant
Location: Lower Rio Grande Valley – Brownsville, Harlingen, San Benito, and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available with flexible daytime and after-school visits

Role Overview:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant with Amazing Care, you will assist in delivering patient-centered therapeutic care to children in their homes, supporting their developmental goals through individualized treatment plans.
Schedule:
- Part-Time: 10–24 visits per week
- Full-Time: 25+ visits per week
- Visit Availability: Daytime and after-school visits preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists
- Assist in patient assessments and monitor progress
- Educate families on home exercise programs and adaptive strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation of treatment sessions
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality service

Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Texas.
- Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation.
- Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
