This is a 12-month max term position open to candidates based in Meanjin (Brisbane), Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney) or  Naarm (Melbourne)  

 

About the Role

 

As the Culture & Change Integration Principal you will: 

 

  • Lead culture and change strategies across the RACQ Insurance acquisition.
  • Create people-focused engagement and change experiences that make transitions smooth and meaningful.
  • Partner with communications and program teams to bring IAG’s ways of working to life.
  • Coach senior leaders to embed culture and behaviour change.
  • Plan for readiness, resourcing, and a successful transition to BAU.
  • Navigate complexity with empathy, influence, and strategic clarity. 

 

About You 

 

You’re a seasoned change professional with a mix of strategy and hands-on delivery. You build trust quickly, work confidently with senior stakeholders, and know how to guide people through ambiguity with empathy and clarity. You’ll also bring: 

 

  • Demonstrated experience in organisational change, ideally in Mergers & Acquisitions or large-scale integration.
  • A track record of driving outcomes in complex environments.
  • Experience in Agile and Continuous Delivery settings.
  • Strong cultural awareness and the ability to bring people together.
  • A background in consulting or professional services (highly regarded).
