We are looking for an experienced Paver Operator to join our paving crew. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating asphalt paving machines and working with road construction teams.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate asphalt paving machines to spread and level asphalt
- Ensure consistent quality and proper depth/grade of pavement
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
- Work closely with crew members to complete projects on time
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
- Previous experience as a paver operator required
- Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and equipment
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be reliable and safety-conscious
