Hybrid Assistant Large Group Speech (2 Position) - Trailridge bei Waukee Community School District

Position Criteria:

• Demonstrate aptitude for performing tasks listed
• Must exhibit high moral values and be able to serve as a favorable example to young people
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Performance Criteria:

• Conduct rehearsals and work with students in conceptualizing the material, development of vocal and physical delivery, blocking, and other technical and artistic areas of presentation.
• Plan and prepare performance materials as assigned by head speech coach (One-Act Play).
• Support performers at contests
• Assist with implementation of home based contests
• Enhance coaching development by attending summer workshops, fall conventions, become a certified IHSSA judge, and participate in any other enrichment opportunities
