Position Summary:
The Maintenance Technician Level 1 is responsible for performing basic maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of equipment, machinery, and facilities. Key Responsibilities:
· Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipment.
· Assist with minor repairs on mechanical systems, including belts, bearings, motors, and pumps.
· Support senior mechanics in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues.
· Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
· Complete work orders and maintenance logs accurately and on time.
· Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
· Keep work areas clean and organized.
· Participate in training and development programs as required.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED required.
· Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in maintenance work.
· Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
