Do you have strong collateral and margin management expertise?
Are you excited by the prospect of helping UBS deliver industry-leading collateral services to our clients whilst also helping to drive transformation?
We’re looking for a Collateral Specialist to:
•Fully Understand the Margins Function, its multiple services and objectives in the wider business offerings that we support
•Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner
•Pricing and MTM valuation across multiple products through various Market data sources available within the firm
•Ensure all the Validation checks and controls are performed with due diligence
•Understand the different margin methodologies, waivers and calculations
•Day to Day exposure coverage through margin call process
•Work closely with Risk, Credit officers, Business and sales team

Your team
You’ll be working in the Americas Collateral Management team. We're responsible for the service delivery of collateral and margin management for the Investment Bank in the Americas, with the purpose of covering UBS' exposure to our trading counterparts. The team margins the PB product and is part of a close global team offering consistent services via consistent methods.
Your expertise
•extensive experience in collateral management, Investment Banking & Capital Markets.
•risk mindset, desire to fully understand the processes you own, the risks inherent in them and the actions required to address.
•able to work collaboratively not just with your own team but members of the wider Collateral Management team and stakeholders in the Collateral process throughout the Investment Bank
•excited by the opportunities offered by digital transformation with a drive to realize those opportunities to improve the service of the Collateral team.
•analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple process simultaneously.
•communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•experience in usage of Market data sources like Bloomberg, Reuters will be beneficial.
•good working knowledge of VBA, Alteryx, Power BI & Tableau will be beneficial
