Your role
We’re looking for a divisional sales manager to:
• drive business growth, key performance indicators and the key pillars of our “Guide to Growth” across the division
• assist in the development and execution of sales strategies, new product launches and key initiatives
• align and prioritize sales activities and divisional resources around companywide initiatives and the needs of the field
• partner with divisional consultants and sales desks to deliver our best to the field
• build relationships and create an effective bridge between branch managers and the home office, providing a continuous feedback loop
• help drive retention efforts of financial advisors, including developing a structured coaching program and establishing a process to help identify and achieve their growth and productivity needs
