PACKAGING LINE LEAD – 1ST SHIFT

Where you’ll work…
This position is based out of our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility in West Milwaukee. Designed for innovation and efficiency, this cutting-edge facility features high-speed packaging lines and modern production technology to support our growing operations.

When you’ll work…
This is a full-time, first shift role.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (start time may vary slightly based on production needs)

What you’ll do…

• Lead and support your team by training, guiding, and jumping in to help when needed
• Serve as the go-to for machine troubleshooting, changeovers, and line productivity
• Ensure your team meets key metrics for safety, quality, and labor efficiency
• Maintain clean, organized, and compliant workspaces—upholding GMP and BRC standards
• Communicate across shifts to ensure smooth transitions and minimize downtime
• Assist with documentation, reporting, and daily line paperwork
• Run each machine on the line as needed and train others to do the same
• Raise recurring issues to leadership and advocate for solutions
