The ideal Sous Chef for On the Rocks at Fox Hopyard Golf Club will have the following qualifications:
- Five or more years cooking experience in a fine Dining, country club, or high volume catering setting
- A culinary degree or equivalent professional culinary apprenticeship or experience
- A professional demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to lead the line and ensure consistent delivery of a quality guest experience
- Knowledge of kitchen management, including inventory procedures
- Serve Safe Food Protection Manager (current or able to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Allergen Awareness and Choke Safe certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Prior banquet experience preferred
