We don’t view education benefits as a check-the-box offering—we see them as the launchpad for something bigger. We will provide detailed training in leadership and operations through our Clinic Director mentorship program. Our goal is to grow clinicians into confident leaders.
At ORS, we are 100% privately owned and operated by practicing physical therapists who understand the realities of the profession. For nearly 40 years, we’ve built a strong reputation in the communities we serve—earning loyalty from patients and long-term trust. We’re proud of our record helping team members build fulfilling careers that align with their goals.
We’re not just about getting patients in and out the door. We believe care should be personal, hands-on, and impactful—the kind we’d want for ourselves. That’s why we don’t believe 30–45 minutes is enough to truly help patients heal. Our team is equipped with the tools, training, and time needed to provide manual therapy, functional and corrective exercises, and patient education—empowering every patient to take an active role in their recovery.
