Winvian Farm, our beautiful Five-Diamond luxury resort located in Morris CT, is seeking a full-time Facilities Manager for various shifts including some weekends, holidays and being on-call. Some overnight stays may also be required.

We are looking for candidates with strong experience in facilities maintenance management. The ideal candidate will have years of prior experience maintaining a large facility, and skills including plumbing, electrical, HVAC & grounds maintenance. Knowledge of septic & wells systems preferred. Some duties include: tracking annual compliance inspections, tracking preventative maintenance needs, maintaining accurate records, managing Maintenance team, reading and delegating work orders, anticipating future maintenance projects, planning and adhering to department budget and various other duties as assigned.
