Hybrid Maintenance Technician bei Sunnyhill Inc.

Position Summary

Primary responsibility is to maintain the facilities and supported living homes operated by Sunnyhill.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine maintenance of Sunnyhill facilities and homes. 
• Responsible for preventative maintenance measures to Sunnyhill facilities and homes to avoid future problems.
• Perform routine maintenance in and around facilities and home of Sunnyhill properties.
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Follow all safety procedures.  
• Always represents Sunnyhill in a professional manner.  
• Interacts positively with stakeholders, contractors, persons we support, and Sunnyhill employees.

Requirements

Education & Experience

•     High School Diploma or GED
•     Class “E” driver's license required, or have the ability to obtain a class “E” driver’s license

Required Skills/Abilities & Qualifications

•     Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
•     Ability to use lawn equipment (mower, weed eater, etc).
•     Minor Custodial Duties (sweeping, mopping, cleaning).
•     Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced (at times stressful) environment.
•     Acceptable background checks

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand, walk, and sit four (4) hours at a time.
• Repetitive bending and reaching up to two (2) hours a day.
• Able to lift 50 pounds from floor to waist.
• Will be working outdoors and be exposed to loud noises.
• Exposed to all weather conditions.
