Ensures that hardware packages and other kitted items are part of a clean and on-time shipment for every order.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Package all parts in a way that prohibits damage.
• Ensure package label and part label match.
• Ensure pallets are stacked securely.
• Inspect parts for quality defects.
• Ensure hardware packages and kitted items are part of a clean and on-time shipment for every order.
• Recognize when a teammate needs help and assist them.

ATTRIBUTES

• Must be able to rotate to other positions when needed
• Must have a strong attention to detail and be able to do a final check of parts leaving the building

QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic computer knowledge
• Must maintain a dependable and reliable work schedule
• Flexible and able to work 10-hour days as needed
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Takes ownership and prides themselves in delivering a high quality product
• High school diploma/GED preferred

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
