Hybrid Residential DSP - 3-11pm, Overnight, Weekend- $600 Hiring Bonus bei Hands of Heartland

Hands of Heartland is looking for compassionate and caring individuals to work with the people we support as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/ Caregiver. Our residential locations in Bellevue, NE are looking for weekend and evening hours. 

What a Direct Support Professional Does: Works directly with people with developmental disabilities assisting them with day to day living activities. Supports individuals with activities and developing skills in a home environment and in community settings. 

Hours: Weekend Hours: Shifts can be 8am-12am or 8am-10pm (depending on house) Saturdays and Sundays. 
             Night Hours: 3pm-11pm or 4pm-12am (Depending on house).
             Overnight Hours: 11pm - 8am (Depending on house).

Skillset Needed for the Job: Ability to work independently in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible and willing to adapt to change. Know the value of communication. Desire to support people and encourage them to reach goals.

Requirements: Must be 18 years old. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass all background checks. Experience not required- we will train.

Pay: Weekend and Night: Starting at $17/hr. We pay more for experience and if you have a CNA license. Incentives also available.
