Hybrid Sterilization Tech bei Catalyst Dental Allies

Description

As a Sterilization Technician, you play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and infection control within the dental clinic. This position supports the dental team—including Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants—by ensuring all instruments, equipment, and operatories are properly sterilized, organized, and ready for patient care. By creating a clean, well-prepared, and stress-free environment, the Sterilization Tech directly contributes to the delivery of quality dental care and a positive patient experience. 

Note: This position specifically requires someone who is cross trained in both sterilization AND dental assisting.

Schedule

Week A

• Monday & Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday (Surgery Days): 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Friday: Off

Week B

• Monday: Off
• Tuesday & Thursday (Surgery Days): 6:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• Wednesday & Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Please note: Tuesday and Thursday are dedicated surgery days and require early arrival to ensure all instruments and environments are properly prepared.

Requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in dental assisting or a dental clinic setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with dental software such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Fuse, Open Dental, or similar systems is a plus
