Position Title: Program Implementation Lead

Reports To: VP – Program Development
Installation Made Easy (“IME”) provides software and process management that enable retailers and contractors to offer installed home improvements to homeowners in a convenient, consistent, and affordable manner. IME senior management has over 100 years of retail management and home improvement industry experience.
The Program Implementation Lead is primarily responsible for driving the setup of home improvement programs within IME's proprietary software platform, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance of existing programs.
This position will interact with all departments within the company, including Software Development, Business Development, Operations, and Executive Management.
The candidate must be independently motivated, diligent with details, and analytical. Accuracy is a requirement, not an option. Furthermore, the candidate must have the ability to understand a process from beginning to end, ask questions, and think through obscure situations.
Essential Functions:
- Exercise professional judgment in assignment and prioritization of team tasks.
- Ongoing support and maintenance of existing programs, including:
- Adding, deleting and maintaining product SKUs along with their cost and retail;
- Modifying store and region hierarchies;
- Entering and expiring promotions.
- Setup of new programs, including:
- Reviewing materials obtained to ensure that they are complete, accurate and understandable to an average customer and revising or working with the third-party to resolve as necessary;
- Entering data obtained into the program management software;
- Configuring programs within the program management software.
- Thorough testing of:
- New programs as they are being setup;
- Existing programs on an ongoing basis to ensure quality;
- Fixes, features and enhancements made to the process and/or system.
- Perform other duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
- Expert in Excel
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing or multiple priorities
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems using sound, inclusive reasoning and judgment
- Ability to proactively anticipate needs and prioritize action steps
