Work Schedule

90% FTE, Monday-Friday with core hours being between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Off on Monday AM and Thursday AM.  Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:

  • Work with the largest colon and rectal surgery specialty group in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Provide care to adult colorectal surgery patients in an outpatient setting. 
  • Collaboratively work within a multidisciplinary health team to provide comprehensive care to patients. 
  • Perform routine clinical procedures independently as outlined in practice agreements/scope of practice including, but not limited to, the following: high resolution anoscopy, anoscopy, I&D abscess, hemorrhoid banding, and I&D wound.

Minimum –

If Nurse Practitioner:

Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.

If Physician Assistant:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.

Licenses and Certifications:

Minimum -

If Nurse Practitioner: Active RN and APNP license in State of Wisconsin AND active board certification as a NP in Acute Care or Adult, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care.

If Physician Assistant: Active PA license in State of Wisconsin AND active PA board certification.

All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
