What does the Account Management Team do?

Our account teams consist of dedicated professionals who provide best-in-class client leadership for today's leading retailers and brands. Their primary focus is to understand our clients' business objectives and translate them into successful outcomes across various retail merchandising initiatives. These initiatives include managing the development and distribution of merchandising and point-of-sale materials, retail media, and providing support for field sales, operators, and distributors. In overseeing the day-to-day management of each client's business, our account teams are responsible for delivering results aligned with annual IMS P&L targets. Every member of the account team plays a clearly defined role that contributes directly to achieving the annual budget objectives.

What's the opportunity?

The Account Operations Coordinator. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between internal teams (production, warehouse, account) and client stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution of cooler programs, efficient resolution of nonconformance issues, and ongoing maintenance of client-facing digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Cooler Program Management
  • Serve as the main liaison between our vendor and client facilitating clear and consistent communication.
  • Hold bi-weekly status calls with both client and vendor and distribute weekly tracker summarizing all open repair requests.
  • Manage the annual blanket purchase order (PO), including real-time usage tracking and depletion analysis.
  • Set up JMS jobs to generate project estimates and ensure accurate tracking of work orders.
  • Nonconformance Log Oversight
  • Own the end-to-end management of the nonconformance log for all CPG accounts.
  • Partner closely with internal production, account, and warehouse teams to resolve issues efficiently and ensure timely receipt of corrected items.
  • Identify patterns or process gaps and help drive continuous improvement in issue management.
  • Website Content & Product Maintenance
  • Monitor and update website inventory by removing out-of-stock items and uploading newly received products based on weekly receipt reports.
  • Ensure product listings are complete by identifying missing images and coordinating with creative or vendor teams to upload assets.
  • Maintain promotional and homepage content, including:
  • Updating featured item sections.
  • Posting new Broadcast Messaging.
  • Executing homepage changes as requested by stakeholders.

 

The Skills and Experience you have

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in a Marketing support function
  • 1-3+ years of relevant client service experience
  • Above average attention to detail and follow-up across all aspects of the process
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, independently, and efficiently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to maintain professional demeanor under pressure
  • Strong computer skills: advanced working knowledge of Excel

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce software an asset
  • Fundamental knowledge of print and/or branded merchandise production
  • QSR, Retail and/or CPG experience
