The attendants foster a welcoming environment for volunteers and the public. They provide customer service support, are knowledgeable about museum content, and maintain daily gallery operations and appearance.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to visitors and answering questions about the museum collection
- Maintain crowd control during peak hours
- Providing direction and guidance to visitors concerning other galleries
- Ensuring that objects and resources are handled carefully and safely
