Position: Hospice Response RN or LPN | Faith Hospice

Territory: 35-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids

Schedule: Midnight Friday - 8:00am Saturday

Faith Hospice offers a unique opportunity for an experienced RN or LPN to join our dedicated interdisciplinary team. As a Hospice Response Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to patients at the end of life.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to crisis calls and patient/family concerns

- Provide end of life visits

- Provide after-hours support and care

Location:

- Grand Rapids, covering a 35-mile radius around downtown Grand Rapids

Qualifications:

- RN or LPN licensure in Michigan

- Minimum 2 years of med/surg or acute care nursing experience

- Hospice or hospital experience preferred

- Passion for hospice nursing

- Valid Michigan driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable means of transportation for home visits
