Sheehy Auto Stores is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tag & Title Clerk to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth and accurate processing of all vehicle sales and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Process new and used vehicle titles & registrations for all 50 states
• Prepare trade jackets and follow up on titles in transit
• Contact banks/customers for lien releases and trade titles
• Support wholesale/auction document processing
• Maintain tags receivable schedules under 30 days

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-year experience as Tag & Title Clerk
• High School Diploma or higher
• Must be authorized to work in the USA
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
