Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plans, leads, and maintains HRMS platforms to support organizational and workforce objectives.
- Supervises and develops assigned HRMS staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Serves as the lead representative for HRMS strategy and implementation projects, acting as liaison between HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Oversees system customization, upgrades, and improvements to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Manages digital recordkeeping processes, ensuring data integrity and reliability for impactful decision-making.
- Trains HR staff on effective use of HRIS systems, ensuring confident and consistent utilization across the organization.
- Provides technical support and customer service to internal and external users, including troubleshooting and guidance.
- Manages system permissions, access, and personalization settings for HR services users.
- Compiles and delivers complex data reports and dashboards for senior leadership and HR teams.
- Monitors trends and developments in HR technology, recommending innovative solutions.
