Begin a fulfilling career with Via of the Lehigh Valley, a 2023, 2024, and 2025 Top Workplace winner! The Community Coach position starts at $17/hour for a High School Diploma or equivalent, $17.50/hour for an Associate’s Degree and $18/hour for a Bachelor’s Degree. Additionally, earn up to $1.75 more per hour by completing all three levels of the National Alliance of Direct Support Professionals (NADSP) Career Ladder Program.

As a Community Coach you will:
- Assist individuals with disabilities in attaining their social and work-related goals.
- Work independently in the community.
- Visit museums, attend local events, and help participants volunteer.
- Use your creativity to plan activities for the individuals you support.
- Collaborate with fellow team members.
Success comes in this role from having a genuine interest or passion for working with individuals with disabilities. High School diploma or equivalent is required. As a Community Coach you will provide transportation to community job sites. Must have a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings and function in an ever-changing environment.
- Must have valid driver’s license, personal vehicle and appropriate vehicle insurance.
- Computer proficiency is required.
