JOB SUMMARY

As the Starbucks Supervisor at DoubleTree, you’ll lead by example to create an energizing and welcoming environment for both guests and team members. You’ll keep operations running smoothly, mentor baristas, and ensure every guest leaves with a great cup and an even better experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Supervise daily operations of the Starbucks outlet, ensuring consistency in service, quality, and cleanliness.
• Train, coach, and motivate baristas to deliver excellent guest experiences and maintain brand standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and track product usage to control costs and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with Starbucks, Hilton, and HCW Hospitality standards, including health, safety, and sanitation.
• Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns quickly, and create solutions that enhance satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling, register procedures, and shift checklists with accuracy and accountability.
• Build a positive, collaborative team culture that supports engagement and growth.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred, preferably in a Starbucks or coffeehouse environment.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a focus on team development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Solid organizational skills with experience in scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
• Passion for delivering memorable guest experiences with a warm, approachable leadership style.
