• Support assembly and maintenance of electromechanical components (motors, wiring, sensors) under guidance.
• Learn to interpret schematics, blueprints, and BOMs to assist in diagnostics and repairs.
• Conduct basic calibration, repairs, and document assembly logs and maintenance records
• Assist in quality control through inspection, testing, and simple charting of results.
• Demonstrate a "humble yet proud" attitude, grounded in common sense, committed to consistent execution.

Requirements

• High school diploma; associate’s degree or technical training in mechatronics or engineering preferred.
• Basic proficiency with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and team collaboration.
