ABOUT LOVESHACKFANCY
LoveShackFancy began in 2013 with a beach-to-ballroom hand-dyed halter dress that founder and creative director Rebecca Hessel Cohen made for her bridal party. Over time, that one article of clothing, created to celebrate love, has turned into a world filled with all things romantic, dreamy and drenched in optimism — from clothing to tabletop, bedding, swim, ski, travel accessories, shoes and more.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain a high level of aesthetic and technical understanding of LoveShackFancy’s customers to execute the highest quality in our products.
- Onboard new vendors, collaborate with existing vendors and develop respectful relationships.
- Partner with PD team on a successful transition of the season when market opens.
- Update BOMs during production stage
- Supervise time and action calendar information from all vendors and communicates to Head of Production.
- Collaborate with the vendors to track WIP report daily to ensure sample and production x-dates are maintained.
- Engage and facilitate daily communication with vendors through emails and calls to address all Production related issues.
- Create, update, and maintain purchase orders in RLM and distribute to vendors.
- Request revised cost at various fit stages as directed by the head of production. Maintain final cost record in margin summary file and upload in RLM.
- Communicate with vendors on strike offs, labdips, bulk fabric, yarn, trim quality approvals, rejections, and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure fabrics/trims are approved for production and chase into pending lab dips/strike offs/knit downs to ensure on time production delivery.
- Review all bulk submits received against development submits and present findings to the Head of Production.
- Responsible for approving the master care/content label based on the product labeling act by US customs.
- Communicate all production related issues during weekly WIP meetings.
- Create seasonal bins to keep approvals organized and accessible.
- Works closely with the Technical Design team to prioritize fit approvals.
- Attends all production fittings and communicate margins, delivery slides to the teams.
- Request shipping reports to maintain confirmed x-dates.
- Actively participate in the hiring process of any Production Interns.

Requirements
SKILLS, QUALITIES & BEHAVIORS
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience, preferably within the apparel industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with various computer software and technologies
