Description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share. Must have basic computer knowledge.

• Work with the team but keep the status to oversee.
• Must be able to identify foreseeable issues/concerns. (misroutes/damages/housekeeping)
• Safety is number one.  Production is number two.
• Competitive natured.  Enjoys challenges.
• Able to think outsidethe box, think of the best solutions.
• Willing to train for future advancements.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.

Shift:

Sunday to Thursday

7 a-finish

Pay rate:

$18/hr 

Weekly Pay (Friday)

Benefits:

• PTO- (accrual starts on day 1 but can not be used until day 91)

• On-demand pay ( can use up to 50% of pay ahead of payday)

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have basic computer knowledge. 
• Must be on time for every shift.
• Must be able to pass a background check. 
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize. 
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak, understand). 
• Be able to follow directions and ensure the tasks are completed before the end of the shift.
