Join us as a Propositions Manager(B2C) - Innovation
As Propositions Manager, you will own the end-to-end design, development and launch of new consumer propositions, from early insight through to in-life handover. You will use innovation methods such as design thinking and lean startup to uncover customer needs, and pair this with commercial and governance discipline to bring bold ideas to market.
You will work as part of agile cross-functional squads, collaborating with colleagues from Commercial, Finance, Technology, Digital, Retail and Legal to turn ideas into reality. Acting as the central point of contact for new propositions, you will keep teams aligned and ensure what we launch is customer-led, commercially viable and operationally seamless.
What else it involves:
- Look for inspiration as you input into the NPD roadmap that will differentiate Three Ireland in the market across mobile and non-mobile products
- Lead the design, testing and launch of new consumer propositions
- Apply design thinking, service design and lean startup methods to uncover needs, test quickly and co-create solutions
- Design and run experiments, pilots and customer testing to validate ideas and de-risk new propositions before scaling.
- Use agile ways of working to iterate and deliver at pace while ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
- Staying close to the competition and understand their customer offer and recommend how we best respond to create a point of difference.
- Build strong business cases, secure senior stakeholder approvals and define requirements across digital, retail, technology and finance
- Ensure robust governance by chairing forums, embedding reporting frameworks and tracking progress and impact
- Own escalation management, resolving issues and risks across Consumer, Retail, Digital, Finance, Technology and Legal functions
- Translate insights into customer journeys and service blueprints that align people, processes and technology
- Guide product catalogue inputs, business rules and readiness activities for each launch
- Shape marketing positioning, naming and go-to-market plans in collaboration with brand and commercial teams
- Take full accountability for each proposition until successful handover to the in-life commercial team
The Skills we are looking for:
- Proven experience in proposition, product or service design in a fast-paced consumer industry
- Strong customer focus with ability to translate insights into differentiated propositions
- Hands-on experience with innovation frameworks such as design thinking, lean startup, design sprints and service design
- Comfort running experiments and prototypes to validate ideas early and reduce risk
- Ability to gather and interpret customer insights, market trends and data analytics to inform decisions
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business case development, pricing and partnerships
- Experience working in agile cross-functional squads
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to inspire and influence
- Organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage governance, compliance and regulatory considerations alongside innovation
- A collaborative leader who can coach teams, facilitate co-creation and champion an innovation mindset
- Experience shaping product positioning, naming and go-to-market messaging
- Experience in telco is an advantage but not essential
