The Service Desk Analyst will provide 1st and 2nd level support and provide on-going maintenance of P&C Applications such as Workday, Brassring, Digital Learning Platform and Time & Attendance Systems to support Primark business colleagues globally.

What You Will Do
You will be joining a fast paced, commercial environment, with the opportunity to collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support and provide on-going maintenance of P&C Applications such as Workday, BrassRing, Digital Learning Platform and Time & Attendance systems to support Primark business users
  • Provide support to the team with any other general activities – testing, corrections etc
  • Support Acceptance into Service activities for changes to current Services or for new Service introduction
  • Resolving requests within SLA, giving clear resolutions
  • Train employees on system usage
  • Ensure all calls are handled effectively
  • Follow standard Service Desk procedures to document the reported issue/question within a service management tool
  • Develop, maintain and localize job aids and FAQs relating to people systems.
  • Understand and follow all Primark security and data privacy policies
  • Ensure Primark requirements are represented to external service providers during issue resolution and manage end to end resolution for tickets raised to third party providers
  • Maintain strong links to the People Systems / Technology team and attend team meetings


What You Will Bring
  • Highly Customer service focused, with a genuine desire to provide an excellent Service Desk experience.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, possessing the ability to effectively prioritise.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an ability to analyse and interrogate high volumes of information as well as demonstrating an ability to focus on higher level overview.
  • Be a collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
  • Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Operates with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism.
