What You Will Do:
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design user-centered solutions for web and mobile platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
- Create high-fidelity UI, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes with strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect designs that are visually appealing and consistent across devices.
- Clearly communicate design rationale to stakeholders, providing insight into design decisions and ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep your work innovative and relevant.
What you will need:
- Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in design for web and mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX principles, design aesthetics, and pixel-perfect execution.
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma or Framer.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with business and product strategy.
- A portfolio showcasing well-crafted, visually appealing designs and problem-solving skills.
